SEABROOK 1 CP EXTENSION (OELD#841018)

The Seabrook CP extension package is okay in form, however, it should not be acted upon while the Unit 2 CP extension issue is pending before the Commis-sion. Hold this package and do not issue it until the Comission takes some action on the petition pending before it. Mr. Patterson will let you know as soon as we become aware of any action taken by the Comission in this matter.

He will advise you further as to where to proceed from there.
