Marshall, the package looks okay except in the Federal Register notice (the notice of issuance) some place in the description of the amendment you should add a statement similar to the statement in the cover letter that this amend-ment package covers a portion of the amendment noticed on October 26 and that the portion relating to core peaking factors will be covered in a subsequent separate action.

If you put that in, you do not have to return it to ELD.
