Although you really shouldn't delete paragraph 3(h) without having prenoticed it, I understand why you want to do it.

I suggest that the last line of the 3rd paragraph of the cover letter be changed to read as follows:

Accordingly, the condition set forth in this paragraph is fully satisfied and there is no further limitation or condition on this license as a result of paragraph 3(h).

Accordingly, paragraph 3(h) has been deleted.

With that change, the package is okay and does not have to come back to OELD.
