Dear Mr. Parice:

At 10A0 hours on February 19, 1982, the coliform results from the Wednesday, Febtsary IT,1982, sample were analyzed and found to be 160 cpn/100 ni, above the compliance limit of 70 upn/100 ml. This condition existed until 1515 hours0.0175 days <br />0.421 hours <br />0.0025 weeks <br />5.764575e-4 months <br /> on Monday February 22, 1982, when the coliform was found to be kh apn/100 m1. A report of this incident was verba13y transmitted to your office on February 19, 1982.

The noncompliance resulted from a contaminated sodium thiosulfate chemical addition tank. This condition has been corrected.
