In accordance with Section 3.2 of the Non Radiological Envir<mmental Technical Specifications, d Appendix B Part II, enclosed is a copy of two letters reporting recent violations of the NPDES permit for the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant. These letters are dated December 13 and December 23,1991.

While preparing to forward copics of the above two repcrts, we could not confirm that previous reports had consistently been docketed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. We are therefore enclosing copies of those reports for which our documentation is unclear. Our administrative procedures have been revised to ensure that all future reports are submitted to the docket.
