Dear Hr. Schmidt:
1 On January 30 and 31 the effluent pH analysis from outfall 101 (Sewage Treatment Plant)-showed values below the NPDES specification of 6.0 for total period of 48 hours5.555556e-4 days <br />0.0133 hours <br />7.936508e-5 weeks <br />1.8264e-5 months <br />.

Except for realizing an acidic solution was introduced to the plant, the actual cause of the pH vas not determined. Lima additions were made to increase pH in a manner as to not reshock the plant.
Emphasis has been placed on the proper deposal of liquid waste 9 at-the plant.
This noncompliance was reported via telephone to your office on April 23, 1984.
