Dear Mr. Milhoan:

On August 3,1993, Unit Two was released for load dispatch subject to unit availability. This completed the Initial Startup Test Program described in Chapter 14 of the Final Safety Analysis Report.

Enclosed is the Cycle 1 Startup Report prepared and submitted pursuant to Specification 6.9.1.1 of Appendix A Technical Specification to the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Unit 1 Operating License. Additionally, pursuant to the requirement of Regulatory Guide 1.133. Section C.3.a.(2)(a),

Attachment A to the enclosed report provides the power operation levels of the Loose Parts Monitoring System.
