p VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT REVISION TO REQUEST TO REVISE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION -

PLANT REVIEW BOARD COMPOSITION-By letter LCV-0549, dated January 20,1995, Georgia Power Company requested a revision to the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant Technical Specifications related to the composition of the Plant Review Board. The proposed revision contained the phrase "The PRB shAll be composed of at least five (5) Department Superintendents or Managers." As ,

a result of discussions with the NRC staff we are amending the request to state, " The -

PRB shall be composed of at least five (5) but not more than nine (9) Depanment -

Superintendents or Managers.". In adddition, the term " Health Physics" is being changed to " Health Phyics and Chemistry" in the last paragraph of section 6.4.1.2 in order to be ,

consistent with the terminology of the functional areas listed above it. 1 This change is attached as a mark-up of page 6-7 of the Technical Specifications which ,

I should replace the same page in enclosure 3 ofletter LCV-0549. It does not affect the conclusions of the evaluation of the proposed change in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92 ,

in enclosure 2 of LCV-0549.
