Dear Ms. Young:

Georgia Power k Company has reviewed the partial tape j transcripts attached to your letter dated February 22, 1995. The partial transcripts for which the Staff sought agreement were identified as: Tape 41, Tr. 40-51; Tape 160, Tr. 24; and Tape 184, Tr. 15-22. 1 I

Georgia Power has proposed changes to each of the partial transcripts proffered by the Staff. In an effort to distinguish these changes from previously existing hand-marked changes, Georgia Power placed a check mark next to each transcript line number where it made a change and placed its proposed change in brackets. With regard to the Tape 41 transcript excerpt, in addition to the proposed wording changes, Georgia Power also proposes that Tr. 52-56 be added to provide appropriate context to the discussion l j

captured on the tape. With regard to the Tape 184 transcript l excerpt, Georgia Power included, in its proposed changes, comments  !

on changes proposed by Intervenor's counsel in her letter dated l March 17, 1995.
