l l By the above reference. TV Electric provided License Amendment Request 94-015 to the NRC regarding a one time extension of Emergency Diesel Generator and other related Surveillance Requirements from 18 to 24 months.

Following review and subsequent discussions with the NRC staff, the following supplemental information is being provided: j

1) Add "(but not to exceed)" before 24 months on page 3/4 3-36 for Table

, 4.3 2 to clarify TV Electric's intent not to extend the surveillance I

interval beyond 24 months, as would normally be allowed per specification 4.0.2.

2) TU Electric has verified that the Surveillance Requirements for which TU Electric is requesting a one-time extension of the surveillance interval in this LAR were indeed performed during the Unit 2 mid cycle

outage.

The change in item 1 above is reflected in the attached mark-up (see Attachment 2). This supplemental information clarifies the meaning of the original license amendment request and does not change its intent or technical meaning, i In accordance with 10CFR50.91(b).
