Itern No.143 - An-Built Deviations Reference 2 described actions taken and remaining to fulfill Attachnent 1, Item 2 to the Fermi 2 operating licehse which rea3s:

Prior to startup following the first refueling outage, correct all remaining drawing deviations identified during walkdowns associated with the resolution of 10CFR50.55(e), Item No.143,

" Deviations of As-Duilt Plant from Design Documents."

Demonstrate that all design documents related to the subject 50.55(e), Item ib.143, are rcconciled to the as-built configuration of the plant.

The remaining activity necessary to satisfy this cordition was the '

resolution of the outstanding Category C deviations associated with 10CFR50.55(e), Item ib.143.

l During the current refueling outage, the rm.aining Category C deviations have been resolved. Plant Safety has performed a review of the corpletion of these items. Additionally, the Quality Assurance Departnent corducted an aldit on Category C deviations in September 1989 by reviewing a sanple of these itens. These activities conplete all actions required b;r this license condition.
