Dear Sir:

This letter is written in regards to the Zimmer Atomic Energy Power Plant built by the Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company in Pascow, Ohio. Nucisar power has been used for many years in various applicat .ons and in some cases identical to the application CGGE is installing.

To my knowledge and after checking what records are available to me, there has not been a death caused by the use of nuclear power in a power plant. I feel it is time the Nuclear Regulatory Commission who has been assigned this responsibility to represent the citzzens have full control and not be allowed to be harrassed by knowledgeable people trying to bring the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and CG&E to its knees through constant harrassment. This causes untold expenses and ddlays in much needed power in this area.

I think it is time an investigation is made of the people causing this harrass-ment and get them off the backs of the CG&E Company and let the power plant be build so citizens in this area, both commercial and residential, can have the power needed for our survival.

I cannot believe CG&E would build a system that would liquidate its customers any more than a vanufacturer of a product would intentionally produce a product that would liquidate their customers. It is high time someone steps forward and take the bull by the born and gets this plant and other plants that are desperately needed in operation at the least possible cost.
