Inspection Report 50-123/79-01 In reply to the above inspection report in which your staff noted the closed circuit television was not used to monitor persons entering the facility, I report the following:
1.
The television was temporarily out-of-service during modifications to the entrance to the building.
During that time, all persons entering the building were monitored visually through safety glass before the door was unlocked.
2.
The television camera is back in-service and the building modifications have improved security.
3.
The reactor security plan is under review by the reactor staff and an updated plan will be available soon.
