Inspection Report 50-123/79-01 In reply to the above inspection report in which your staff noted the closed circuit television was not used to monitor persons entering the facility, I report the following:
- 1. The television was temporarily out-of-service during modifications to the entrance to the building. During that time, all persons entering the building were monitored visually through safety glass before the door was unlocked.
- 2. The television camera is back in-service and the building modifications have improved security.
- 3. The reactor security plan is under review by the reactor staff and an updated plan will be available soon.
