I have been serving the dual role of Acting Director and Reactor Manager over the past several months (see my letter to you dated August 14, 1996). Dr. Albert E. Bolon, the usual Reactor Director, has been ill and is still recovering.
I will continue to serve as both the Reactor Director and Manager until further notice.
