Dear Mr. Rubenstein:
In response to your letter dated May 3,1938, we provide the followliig infomation with respect to the conversion schedule for the University of Missouri-Rolla Reactor:
1.
We have not received a certification from the Department of Energy about the funding availability for the LEU fuel fabrication.
2.
The UMR Reactor staff is continuing to revise the licensing documents.
We currently expect their submittal by October 31, 1988.
