Enclosed are five (5) copies of the revised Physical Security Plan for the University of Missouri - Rolla Reactor pursuant to the authority of 10CFR50.54(p). Due to the fact that this version is sufficiently different in format (although not so different in actual content) we felt it best to submit it as a complete revision. The revised Plan incorporates the additions and corrections that our staff and NRC compliance inspectors have suggested.
We believe that the proposed Revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the current security program.
