As soon as TRTR became aware of the occurrence, the TRTR Executive Committee moved quickly to look into the matter. As a result, I have nppointed a ranol of nationally recognized experts to make an independent and thorough review. The panel w:ll examine all aspeew of the occurrence, determine the root cause, detect any weakness in managernent control and make specific recommendations both to prevent reoccurence and to strengthen the overall ope ation of the facCity.
