Site  : OYSTER CREEK Emergency Class  : NON EMERGENCY "Today at 0420 EDT, Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (OCNGS) took an alive Kemp's Ridley Sea Turtle. The Brigantine Marine Mammal Stranding Center has been contacted to retrieve the turtle. The National Marine Fisheries Service Endangered Species Coordinator will be notified of the turtle take.

Due to notification of a government agency, this event is being reported under 10CFR50.72(b)(2)(xi).

The licensee has notified the NRC Resident Inspector.

Notified the R1DO (Dimitriadis) and the Endangered Species Group via email.
