SUBJECT: REPORT N05. 50-413'36-04 AND 50-414'SE-02 Thank you fc. your response of April 15, 1986, to our Notice of Violation issued on March 25, 1936, concerning activities conducted at your Catawba facility under NRC Operating License Nos. NPF-35 and NPF-48. We have esaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections. We also acknowledge your correction concerning the report details.
