Electrical and Instrumentation (Cables and Termination II) - Observation of Work and Work Activities Field Change Requests (FCR's) B14459E, B12258E, R15010E, B13835E, B13907E and B14052E were examined to insure field work was accomplished. All FCR's were signed off by QC as being completed and plans were reviewed to insure l
that these FCR's were incorporated in the final drawings. Several of the as-built drawings in these areas were compared with the field installation.
Within the areas examined no violations or deviations were identified.

Review of As-Builts Plans The inspector selected five Class 1E cable tray and five Class 1E installa-
'
tions for examination to assure that they were installed by the drawing in
,
the areas of location, routing, supports, separation, loading and identi-fication.
The trays selected were 4328, 4349, 4350, 5134 and 4327.
The channels selected were XX4053A, XX4087A, XX4036K, XX4035M and XX40888.
The inspector selected five Field Change Requests (FCR) involving cable routing changes to assure that the routing identification, protection and separation comply to the design drawings. In each case the FCR information was incorporated on the cable pull card. The FCRs and the circuit selected are as follows:
CIRCUIT EFU-618B FCR - B12348G EFU-6188 B12188E CCC-157B B5778E CCC-157B B3245E Revision 1 N1J-12XB B12574E N1J-11XA B12574E w

The inspector selected four circuits which have been changed by FCR to verify that the wiring has been changed as required. The circuit selected
were verified to assure that the termination sheets have been changed to i
incorporate the FCR. The wiring was examined to assure that it agreed with the termination sheets and the FCR. The FCR's and circuits selected were as
