Inspector Follow-up Items (0 pen)(IFI) 395/82-07-03, Damaged Prefilters - The Reactor Building cleanup HEPA filter bank (XAA-004A and B-H) and Reactor Building Purge HEPA and Charcoal Filter Bank (XAA-012-AH) were examined and all filters, including prefilters, were found to be satisfactory. The damaged prefilters in numerous other filter banks had not been replaced.
