. functional testing that resulted in deformation of the.six-inch pressurizer f relief line,- and subsequer.t return of the piping to its original'configura-

tion by' use of a weld bead draw procedure. The inspector attended 'a meeting

of licensee representatives and the NRC metallurgical' consultant, :R. M.
