L .V0GTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT RE0 VEST FOR REGIONAL WAIVER OF COMPLIANCE In accordance with a conversation with members of the NRC Region II staff on October 3,1990 we 'are supplying the following information as an addenda to our  :

request for regional waiver of compliance dated October 3,1990 (ELV-02102).
