Nuclear Regulatory Commission Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 License DPR-35 Docket 50-293 Technical Specification Bases Change on Emernency Dietel Fuel Tank level Instrumentation During an Electrical Distribution System functional In;pection of Pilgrim Station (EDSfl, Report #91-80), the Technical Specification Bases referenta to the low level alarm setting on the Emergency Diesel Generator fuel tanks was found to be incorrect. The corrected Bases Section 3.9 (page 198) of the Pilgrim Huclear Power Station Technical Specifications is attached.
In accordance with 10CfR50.36(a), the Bases are not a legal part of the Technical Specifications. Therefore, Basas changes do not constitute an amendment to the operating license and prior NRC approval is not required. -
Please incorporate this Bases change into your copy of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station Technical Specifications.
