Enclosed is Licensee Event Report (LER) 94-022-01 for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Unit 2, " Labeling Error Leading to Inoperability of the Power Range Instrumentation."
In the previous revision (reference 1), TV Electric reported that the mislabeling was caused by the power range module vendor. Additional reviews (during the root cause analysis) identified that the vendor had initially identified the labeling anomaly. However, the affected drawings were not revised. Via this supplemental report TV Electric is revising the cause of the event, and providing additional information with respect to generic implications.
