UNIT 1 - DOCKET NO, 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR LICENSEE EVENT REPORT (LER) 50-327/95012 The enclosed report provides details concerning the identification that surveillance requirements associated with the calibration of analog channels which input to the solid state protection system (SSPS) may not have been performed as required by technical specifications. The procedure implementing the required surveillance was incorrect in that it did not ensure that the alarm and/or trip functions on both trair.s of the solid state protection system were functionally tested. This condition is being reported in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(i)(B) as an operation prohibited by the plant's technical specifications.
