In accordance with 10CFR55.23 and 10CFR55.33, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNOC) is submitting a revised Certification of Medical Examination form (NRC Form 396) for License # SOP.21052/ Docket #55-20841. A recent eye examination performed on April 17, 1997, indicates that the individusl now requires corrective lenses when performing licensed duties.
