• WCNOC enclovees WCNOC has one employee that' tested positive for alcohol on a "for-cause" screening during this report period. The employee was referred to an Employee Assistance Program for l rehabilitation. Prior to returning to work, the employee completed and passed a

] " directed" drug and alcohol screening. This employee was also placed on follow-up ,

testing.

1 One WCNOC employee was screened "for-cause" but tested negative.

1 Contractors The number of contractors testing positive during pre-access screening were as follows:

one for marijuana and one for cocaine. Both were denied access.

t There was one "for-cause" screening of a contractor which resulted in removal of access and termination. The contractor tested positive for marijuana.

FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM CHANGES No significant Fitness for Duty Program changes occurred during this period.

EVENTS REPORTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH 10 CFR 26.73 Y WCNOC did not have any reportable events under 10 CFR 26.73.
