the Pilgrim Station Secunty Plan. This revision is being submitted due to:

. Secunty System Upgrades (LTP #29), l

. Reorganization, l

. Completion of the perimeter changes necessitated by the new Support Building and the new primary access point, and

. An exemption regarding non-licensee employees and use of hand geometry system for access control (NRC approved 8/8/95).

These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Pilgnm Nuclear Power Station Security Plan and wera approved by the Operations Review Committee. The enclosed  ;
