- and No. 4 contain individual inspectors' opinions and conclusions which do not necessarily represent NRC positions.

It should be noted that the first three documents contain information '

I identifying a licensee's control and accounting procedures for safeguarding licensed special nuclear material and detailed security acasures for the physical protection of a licensed facility. These documents have been withheld from public inspection pursuant to i 10 CFR 2.790(d) and 9.5(a)(4) of the commissien's regulations.

If there appears to be a need to disclose this information, please assure that prior notification is given to the NRC.
