The Region selected the facility to be analysed and the method and type of analyses to be utilized. Documents No. 3 and No. 4 contain individual inspectors' opinions and conclusions which do not necessarily represent NRC positions.

It should be noted that the first three documents contain information identifying a licensee's control and accounting procedures for I
safeguarding licensed special nuclear material and detailed security acasures for the physical protection of a licensed facility. These
- i documents have been withheld from public inspection pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d) and 9.5(a)(4) of the commissien's regulations.
