I would like to request under the Freedom of Information Act the Material Control & Accounting Progress Reports filed with the NRC during the period June 1974 -
January 1975. The reports that I require apply to license SNM-1174 which was issued to the Kerr-McGee Cimarron Plant located in Crescent, Oklahoma.
I would request that you inform me if the charges exceed 025.00. In the event that my request is denied I also request that you provide me with the name of the person to whom I may appeal the decision.
If I have not heard from your office within 10 working days I will assume that my request has been denied.
