ENCLOSURE Karr-McGee Nuclear Corporation Licensa No. SNM-1174 License Condition 3.9.14 Your lett'er states that the Haterial Access Area boundary begins at the rear exit entranco to the locker rooms. After reexamination of the information in your Physical Security Plan we are in agreement with this statement. Therefore the presence of container-type items such as handbags in the locker rooms does not constituta noncompliance with the licenso condition. -
our Notica of Viointion dated April 24, 1975 states that you were in noncompliance with this requirement. Our records will be changed to indicate that no infraction actually occurred.
