Dear Mr. Abrams:

This is in response to your letter dated February 1,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA):

1) All Form AEC 388 SS Material Transfer Forms for Docket 70-925, SNM-928, dated January 1, 1968, through December 31, 1974, Cimarron Uranium Facility, Logan County, Oklahoma, and

2) All Fom AEC 388 SS Material Transfer Forms for Docket 70-1193, SNM-1174, dated January 1, 1970, through December 1, 1974, Cimarron Mixed 0xide Facility, Logan County, Oklahoma.

I have been informed by the staff that the requested AEC SS Material Tr.nsfer Forms are no longer maintained at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) since these forms were transferred to the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL),

which is a Department of Energy facility, quite some time ago. Further, the NRC staff r.oted that upon a telephone inquiry, the ORNL staff stated that these forms are no longer maintained in their files. However, if you wish to submit an F0IA request to DOE for these transfer foms, you should forward your request to the DOE official whose name and address are noted below.
