In accordance with your application dated August 5,1977 and the i
supplement dated October 11, 1975, which revised the termination j
plan - Part I in its entirety, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of i
Federal Regulations Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SN?bil74 is hereby amended to authorize an exception to License Condition No. 21b.for the decontamination, disassembly and disposal I
of the obsolete floculation system equipment as described in the Termination Plan, Part I, dated October 10,1977. Prior to starting any one of the seven activities listed in subsection 3.2 of the plan, Kerr-McGee shall notify Region III, Inspection and Enforcement (IAE),
by phone, of the scheduled date for starting the listed activity.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
It is no+ed that the tank numbers identified in subsection 1.2.1
(
should be 18G,187 and 138 and that the vacuum filter identification number should be FT-010.
In subsection 3.3, it is understood that control zone #3 shall be used for the complete monitoring of personnel.
