In accordance with 10 CFR 70.59/ Sequoyah Fuels Corporation reports the release of SNM in effluents to the unrestricted area during the first half of 1986.

This report covers activities performed at the Sequoyah Fuels Corporation Cimarron Facility near Crescent, Oklahoma under license numbers SNM-928 and SNM-1174.

Also attached are corrected copies of the second half 1985 reports.
