. r Sir, We the below signed people, wish to bring to your attention, the fact that we anc our families, at times such as now are completely cut off fron  :

any avenue of escape in case of an energency at the Callaway County Nuclear i Plant.

We all live within two to three niles of the plant and would presunably I I

be anong the first to be evacuated in the event of a nuclear disaster. During flood water our only exit is county road 469 which has a creek that must be I forded, however, after a heavy rain, even this creek cannot be crossed for  !

days at a tine.

1 Sir, the undersi 6nea respectiully request and expect you to speak with I the appropriate authcrities for the county, state, and Union Electric Co. to i i

expedite as soon as pcssible, the building of a bridge across the said creek I en county rcad 469 so we have a neans of escap& cr evacuation in the event of an energency at the Callaway County Euclear Plant.
