In light of the known deficiencies, Illinois Power Company was requested to justify and explain the basis for continuation of construction in the piping and pipe hanger area A date of August 9, 1982, for the forthcoming meeting at the Clinton Power Station has been schedule In the meantime, all existing "stop works" '.
are to remain in place.
