INSPECTION REPORT NO. 70-1257/99-202

Dear Mr. Femreite:

1 The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a routine, announced inspection of your facility's criticality safety program from August 2 - 5,1999. The enclosed report presents the results of that inspection. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staffidentified in the report.

Within the areas examined, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with plant personnel, and observation of activities in progress.

Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.

In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 2.790, a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room. Should you have any questions concerning this inspection, please contact me at (301) 415-7156.
