Region III has received the Office of Investigations report of their review of the Detroit Edison. Company's SAFETEAM at the Femi 2 plant. The SAFETEAM is  !

Detroit Edison's program for the' processing of allegations brought directly to their attention. l The Division of Reactor Projects Review of the' report should include as a minimum:

. Does the.01 report invalidate the findings of any of the Region III inspections done in the weeks immediately preceding the licensing of ithe Femi plant? >

Detennine if Detret Edison has implemented their proposed i improvements to '. SAFETEAM process, those proposals having come as a re:ultaof the NRC review of the'SAFETEAM.

i The 01 report is available for review from the' Region III Enforcement and Investigation Coordination Staff'.
