REVIEW 0F A LICENSEE SAFETY EVALUATION CONCERNING THE CONTROL R0D OVERTRAVEL ALARM FOR FERMI 2 (TAC NO. 94950) i The staff has decided to review the attached safety evaluation (SE 96-0022, Revision 0) concerning the control rod overtravel alarm which was performed by Detroit Edison Company, the licensee for the Fermi 2 plant. The staff will evaluate the licensee conclusion that the associated change to the plant does not involve an unreviewed safety question.
