Dear Mr. Nardi:

- Your application, dated December 22,1997, requested an amendment to change the name of the Licensee as reflected on the license for the subject facility from " Westinghouse Electric Corporation" to " Westinghouse Electric Company, a division of CBS Corporation." You stated that on December 1,1997, the Westinghouse Electric Corporation changed its name to the CBS Corporation. Susequent discussions between the NRC Office of the General Counsel and Westinghouse counsel have produced an agreement that the name that would appear on the license would be "CBS Corporation, acting through its Westinghouse Electric Company division," to more accurately reflect the legal entity holding the license. Therefore, in accordance with your application dated December 22,1997, as modified by agreement by counsel, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1107 is hereby amended to incorporate the change of name'of the Licensee.

Accordingly, Safety Condition S-1 has been revised to include the date of December 22,1997, l and the license has been changed to replace the name of the licensee with "CBS Corporation, acting through its Westinghouse Electric Company division."

All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.

Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-1107 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.

Dear Mr. Nardi:

Your application, dated December 22,1997, requested an amendment to change the name of the Licensee as reflected on the license for the subject facility from " Westinghouse Electric Corporation" to " Westinghouse Electric Company, a division of CBS Corporation." You stated that on December 1,1997, the Westinghouse Electric Corporation changed its name to the <

CBS Corporation. Susequent discussions between the NRC Office of the General Counsel and Westinghouse counsel have produced an agreement that the name that would appear on the license would be "CBS Corporation, acting through its Westinghouse Electric Company division," to more accurately reflect the legal entity holding the license. Therefore, in 4 accordance with your application dated December 22,1997, as modified by agreement by counsel, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1107 is hereby amended to incorporate the change of name of the Licensee.
