AMENDMENT OF-LICENSE TO AUTHORIZE RELEASE OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE TREATMENT PRODUCTS TO CEMENT MANUFACTURERS (TAC NO. L31003)
Dear Mr. Williams:
In accordance with your application dated July 14, 1997, and supplement dated November 17, 1997, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1107 is hereby amended to authorize release of industrial waste treatment producte (primarily calcium fluoride) without
- continuing NRC licensing controls to receivers for cement manufacturing and to delete authorization for use of licensed materials at off-site locations.
Accordingly, Safety Condition S-1 has been revised to include the dates of July 14 and November 17. 1997. All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-1107 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.

AMENDMENT OF LICENSE TO AUlliORIZE RELEASE OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE TREATMENT PRODUCTS TO CEMENT MANUFACTURERS (TAC NO. L31003)
Dear Mr. Williams:
In accordance with your application dated July 14, 1997, and supplement dated November 17. 1997, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Materials License SNM-1107 is hereby smended to authorize release of industrial waste treatment products (primarily calcium fluoride) without continuing NRC licensing controls to receivers for cement manufacturing and to delete authorization for use of licensed materials at off-site locations.
Accordingly. Safety Condition S-1 has been revised to include the dates of July 14 and November 17, 1997. All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the revised Materials License SNM-1107 and the Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
