In accordance with your application dated May 16, 1985, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations Part 70, Materials License No. ShM-362 is bereby amended to exclude the leak testing requirements for transuranic l radionuclides in sealed sources containing 10 microcuries or less. Accordingly, Item A.2 of Annex A of License Condition No.14 is amended as follows:

Condition 14. Notwithstanding the periodic leak test required by this condition, any licensed sealed source is exempt from such leak tests when the source contains 100 microcuries or less i of beta and/or gamma emitting material or 10 microcuries I or less of alpha emitting material.
