Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in Reference (A) and (B), Interim Reports were transmitted by Reference (C),

Due to the extensive investigation, testing and evaluation required, it is now expected that this information will be finalized by August 15, 1984, at which time a complete report will be submitted.

There is no new information or change to the Interim Report at this time.

I Very truly our yo.,@tr
