Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of the subject deficiency evaluation in the referenced telephone conversation, with a determination of reportability to be made within thirty (30) days (March 17, 1987).

The deficiency has subsequently been determined to be Not Reportable under the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e) and 10CFR21, therefore no written report is required. Necessary documentation of the evaluation will be maintained in ANPP files.
