The IE was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in reference (A),
and an interim report by reference (B). At that time it was estimated that a final report would be available by January 27, 1987.
Due to the extensive investigation and evaluation required to address the complexity of this issue, a time extension is needed.
It is now expected that this information will be finalized by February 19, 1987 at which time a complete report will be submitted. There is no new information or change to the interim report at this time.
