Dear Sir:

The NRC was notified of a potentially reportable deficiency in

-Reference (A), and an Interim Report was transmitted by Reference (B),

and Time Extensions were requested by Reference (C) and (D). At that time, it was estimated that a Final Report would be available by July 31,1984.

A Final Report has been submitted to APS for review. It is expected the review and submittal of a Final Report will be completed by August 30, 1984.
