SUMMARY

BRUNSWICK UNIT 1 Brunswick Unit 1 operated at a 90.99% availability factor for the month of October with an 86.01% capacity factor. There was one powe~r reduction. The unit separated f;om the grid on Oc *9er 29, 1984, for the locql leak rate *

. testing and , snubber putage., Dhtails are in Appendix D, the Unit Shutdcyn Power Reduction Log.

There are 656 BWR and 160 PWR spent fuel bundles in the Brunswick Unit i fuel pool.

There was one SRV failure / challenges report for September.

. TIME OF OCCURENCE: 0909 DETAILS OF S/RV's FAILURE: SRV-F013G auto lifted at 1105 psig setpoint.

SRVs F013A and E were opened manually at the RTGB. No sonic indications were received. Tailpipe temperatures indicated all three SRVs had opened and reseated. .
