The repon dated March 17,1995 of the Security inspection conducted at OSU on February 22-23, 1995 by the NRC suggested that the staff of the Nuclear Reactor Laboratory make 50.54(p) changes to its Physical Security Plan for Protection of Special Nuclear Material of Moderate Strategic Significance or Low Strategic Significance. The attachment to this letter is the revised plan and contains Part 2.790(d) Information. The plan describes recent exterior environs changes relative to the reactor facility and includes a new figure of the vicinity. The changes were reviewed and approved by the Reactor Operations Committee at its meeting of April 17, 1995.
